Sorry to double post, but I have the final version of the letter (unless YOU want to add something of course!). I added I tiny bit in about "To love a patty" in case they pulled the WHOLE "he's asexual" thing. So here: Dear Nickelodeon Animators and Stephen Hillenburg,
We are big fans of the show SpongeBob SquarePants and are members of an online forum dedicated to SpongeBob SquarePants and also to his relationship with Sandy Cheeks.
We are happy for the show's success and applaud you for it. Many of us have been fans since it began to air in 1999. So we offer congratulations on having an original and successful idea for a show that is loved by both children and adults and is near to being around for a decade!
However, we have a few questions/comments regarding the show and its direction.
-Many have noticed that in and after the SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, SpongeBob’s voice changed and became more high-pitched and hyper sounding. We were wondering the reason for this change, as many are disappointed by it. Many agree that Tom Kenny's work in and around Season 3 was suitable for the character.
-We were wondering what SpongeBob’s relationship with Sandy was intended to be at the beginning of the show. She used to be known as "the apple of SpongeBob’s eye." While we know this is a children's show, we would greatly appreciate some hints of a crush between the two if it's possible. It wouldn't be the first time that it would happen on the show. Many times in the first season it was hinted, then not so much, then, more recently, in the short "Surprise Sandy Day" when he left her a note and some flowers. Romantic relationships have also been shown between a few other characters in the show and a few inanimate objects (A pole, a dime, or a Krabby Patty, for example). SpongeBob did show interest in being married in the episode "Club SpongeBob." In “To Love a Patty” he showed obvious romantic love for the first time. Even if it was with a Krabby Patty, we now know that SpongeBob is capable of romantic love.
-Since many times things that happen in one episode don't carry over to another, might we suggest, that if there is an end in sight for the show, a crush could be revealed in a final episode.
-We're not asking to end the series. Just for a few more hints to the SpongeBob/Sandy relationship. It was also implied in the "SpongeBob SquarePants Survival Guide" by David Lewman, that there is a "secret crush" between the two.
-As of late we have noticed the frequent clues of there being something between Squidward and SpongeBob (mostly on the part of SpongeBob) that seemed more than friendly. We were assuming this is just for just humor, but we couldn't help but bring it up.
We appreciate the time you've taken to read our thoughts and comments. These were just some ideas and suggestions from a part of your loyal fan base. A response would be greatly appreciated! Thank you and good luck,

LOL, are you serious about the whole "item" thing? I know she said it once... But I didn't know it wasn't too long ago! She said that RECENTLY!??  lol. xD I don't think she said it recently, ^^; I believe it was recycled material. I noticed a page or two that was previously in and older SB Magazine my brother got. As for sending the letter, I don't think I'll be able to D= A nickname? Whatdd'ya mean by that? [BTW, does anyone here know how to get rid of the black box in my sig pic?] |

I think you'd have to remove the black box in your siggie picture in a paint program or put that picture on Photobucket and you can edit it right on the website!
man....,I'd like to read that interview...

Yup. Pray that they actually receive, read, think about, and respond to the letter. =] Haaa. My Parents kept on asking me why I was mailing Nick animation studios and I said, "To suggest something about the episodes." and my mom's like...  .....O.o.."Why?" I simply said, "'Cause maybe..I'm a fan!" I'm thinking.."I'm just being your dorky daughter! I'm being myself and it feels good...even if you don't care about what I'm into." lol. Sorry. Random angst moment. I'm tired of people thinking I'm weird for being ito art, Spongebob..and like..animation. |

Ya know, I will be amazed if we get a reply...and the mess will be scared out of me if we get sued for some weird reason..0_0...I remember e-mailing a letter to Disney requesting the uncancellation of Lilo & Stitch: The Series, and someone mentioned that I shouldn't have mentioned aspects of the show because of copyright crud...*sweatdrop*
