Ok guys this is the re-write that both me & Muffin wrote. Its longer, & more detailed, only its in paragraph style, not script, the version you guys probably read over at DA.
But so far we have Chapter 1 completed.
So it here it is!
Narrator: "What a beautiful day in Bikini Bottom. Wait-- It's always beautiful... Never mind. It was an ordinary day in Bikini Bottom, everything was peaceful and quiet. Except for one scientific squirrel, who currently is running around her dome, searching for a very important piece of an invention..."
Sandy dumped a large cardboard box out on the floor, rummaging through it's contents.
"Grrr... Why can't I find it?! I searched every stinkin' place in this treedome, even the outside, and I still can't find the darn thing!" Sandy held her head, and continued to examine every piece and bit of the rubbish that fell out of the box. After another failed searched, she quickly went to her bookshelf and skimmed through pages of books.
"Stupid, stupid..."
"Hmm... What to do today?" SpongeBob wondered to himself, as he slowed his pace. He put a finger to his chin, and stared at the bright blue sky in concentration. His head quickly snapped away from the sky when Sandy's treedome came into view.
A wide goofy grin spread across SpongeBob's face at that moment. "I'm sure Sandy wouldn't mind if I came over a for little while..." He straightened his tie, then sped off toward the only mammal in Bikini Bottom's home.
Sandy groaned once again, then threw herself on her bed. Many old books, screws, and rusty pieces of metal lay messily on the floor. She closed her eyes, trying to take her mind off the stress of finding the stupid invention part, and tried to think of something relaxing.
Ding Dong!
Her eyes shot open, then she tumbled off the bed.
"Aw-- Darn it!" Sandy muttered, trying to get up. "I'm really not in the mood for company right now..." She kicked the junk that had been in the box, then ran clumsily downstairs.
Before she reached the bottom of the stairs, she tripped over some more rubbish that she had dumped out on the steps earlier that day. "GAH!"
Sandy groaned, and grabbed SpongeBob's arm before he could get inside. She didn't want anyone, not even SpongeBob, treating her like she'd been bleeding for several hours. With a small, "Ooof!", Sandy pulled him to the ground beside her.
"Seriously SpongeBob, I'm fine. The stupid stairs just happens to not like me," Sandy muttered, glaring at her foot. SpongeBob stared at it worriedly, then nodded his head."Well... Okay. It just seemed like you were in pain and..." He stopped when Sandy shot an annoyed look at him. "Never mind." Sandy sighed, rubbed her foot, and slowly got up. SpongeBob tried very hard not to help her walk, as he followed her to the picnic table."Alright...," Sandy breathed tiredly, as she sat down on the picnic table. SpongeBob sat across from her, absent-mindedly twiddling his thumbs. "Do you think you could help me find somethin'?"SpongeBob's eyes lit up, and he grinned happily. "Sure!" he replied, noticably more cheerful than a few seconds ago. "What can I assist you in finding?"
Sandy smiled again, clearly relieved that they had found the piece of machinery she was looking for all day. Her chimp bosses might actually be satisfied for once. "Well, it's a very important piece of machinery to build a super--""--Powerful yacht for travelling short distances in short periods of time?" SpongeBob read straight out of the book. Sandy rolled her eyes, trying not to smile.
"Yeah, that's it. Anyway, I was going to ask you if you'd want to come with me on a short voayage in the yacht. I mean, you don't have to go. I still need to make the piece I need to complete it, and--"
Of course I'll come!" SpongeBob shouted, a little too enthusastic about it. "It's going to be so much fun, I'll pack right away, then--"SpongeBob was interrupted by Patrick randomly entering the treedome, jumping up and down with excitment. "Did someone say we're going on a-- a-- what's that word again?" Patrick looked up to the sky, trying to remember how to say yacht. Unfortunately, since it was Patrick, he would never get around to remembering it. Sandy smacked herself, annoyed that the dumb starfish had once again invited himself in.
"A yacht, Patrick. It's a type of boat that land critters like me use to get across the ocean in," Sandy explained, as SpongeBob nodded. SpongeBob didn't seem to care that Patrick would be tagging along, unlike Sandy, who was dreading it already. "And yes, we're going on a trip in it."
"Yippee!" Patrick shouted, laughing happily. SpongeBob did the same, as Sandy tried not to force Patrick out of the treedome. When those two were together, it seemed as though any kind of chaos could happen. SpongeBob alone, though, was totally different...
Sandy sighed, and picked up the book again. "I hope you two will be patient while I try and build the rest of the yacht. This may take a while..." SpongeBob and Patrick nodded, and sat firmly on the ground. Sandy shook her head and muttered to herself, as she put on her suit and exited the treedome.SpongeBob silently began to tear pieces of grass apart, while Patrick
absent-mindedly,(which isn't hard for him) watched him. SpongeBob had tore several pieces up when Patrick finally spoke.
"So... You and Sandy?" Patrick said, sounding kind of smart for once. SpongeBob felt himself grow hot, as he dropped the bits of grass he was holding.
"Yeah, we know each other, what about it?" SpongeBob stuttered trying not to show that he knew exactly what Patrick meant.
"Well it's just that... Maybe you like her, and you'd go and try and tell her how you feel...," Patrick said, sounding a tad bit smarter than his previous statement.SpongeBob froze, surprised that his friend had actually figured out something for once.
SpongeBob turned away from his friend, hiding his face. "Look, Patrick, I really have no idea--"
"It's done!" Sandy burst into the treedome with a proud expression on her face. SpongeBob blinked a few times, wondering how in the world she could build something so fast.
"Wow Sandy, that was... Really fast," SpongeBob replied, flustered a bit. He kept his back to Patrick, not wanting to get on that subject again. Sandy grinned, and grabbed both by the arms and pulled them toward the door.
"If we're going to leave now, we have to hurry!" Sandy said, opening the door so they could all leave.
Once they all got out there, (SpongeBob and Patrick keep their helmets on, because of the trip) Sandy presented them a huge yacht, sparkling white in the underwater sun. It was right in the front of the treedome to SpongeBob's surprise, instead of being somewhere safe where it couldn't be dented or scratched. It also had three seats, two in the back, and one in the front for the driver. The last thing that both noticed, was that Cheeks was written across the front of the new boat. SpongeBob was speechless, as him and Patrick hopped inside to look at all the bottons.
"This is great, Sandy!" SpongeBob shouted, examining all the knobs and bright buttons. Patrick nodded, keeping his eye on a big red button right beside the driver's seat.
"Well, I'm glad you think that, boys," Sandy smiled, pulling the keys out of the pocket she now has. She then got in for herself, pushing Patrick out of the way and into the back of the yacht. "Now, to get to the surface is kinda ruff-- Do you guys think you can handle it?"
"Pretty button..." Patrick said as if he was in a trance. He was about to push it, when Sandy slapped his hand away.
"Do not, I repeat, DO NOT, push that button! If pressed at the wrong time, it could crash this boat, and we could all be blow to bits. So only I can push it. Understand?!" Sandy pointed a finger in his face, and he nodded slowly. "Good... Lets go then..." Sandy quickly put on her seat belt, as did SpongeBob while Patrick chewed on his. Sandy then pulled a rather big lever, and flames (A/N: Yes, fire CAN be underwater, thank you very much.) shot out of the end of the boat, shooting the yacht toward the surface.
"That was AWESOME!!" SpongeBob and Patrick shouted together, giving each other high fives.
SpongeBob then cleared his throat, and said in a calm tone, "I mean, that was a very exciting ride, Sandy." He folded his hands together, and leaned back in the seat. Sandy rolled her eyes, and continued to drive the boat.
After a couple silent minutes of driving, Patrick groaned and put his head in his hands.
"So boooored... I wish there was some food on this stupid boat. I'm starving," Patrick said loudly, as Sandy ignored him. SpongeBob put a finger to his chin, and looked at the shimmering water, trying to think of something to do.
Suddenly it came to him, "Hey why don't we play morco-polo?" Spongebob said with glee. "YEAH!" Patrick shouted out. "Morco!"
Spongebob shouted as he hide behide a box. "Polo!"Patrick shouted out.with his eyes covered with his right hand.
This went on for about 45 min. Patrick exhaled for about 15 sec. "Wow, that took ALOT out of me.." He leaned up against the wall. And felt something tickiling his back.
He quick turned around only to see the big-red-botton. "Oooh.." Patrick said completely forgetting what Sandy proviously said, he then started to stroke it.
"So pretty.." "I must push!" He then SLAMMED his hand, on the button, causeing a whole train wreck to occur only a few moments later.
Sandy had then scenced something strange had occurred she quick turned around to see Patrick's hand on the big-red-botton.
It was then at this point the helicopter started to rustle and then it started wobbling, “PATRICK STAR!! "Your'e are SOOOO DEAD!!” Sandy ferociously screamed out.
Spongebob at this pointed, then pointed at something out the window,“And so we are….” All screamed out, "Ahhh!!"
It then became clear, what Spongebob pointed at, a giant frozen (?)Island Volcano. Sandy tired to regrain control but it was no use."I’m Afraid it’s the End For all of us…. “
Sandy said with deep fear in her voice.Spongebob looked at her, this was his chance, he walked up yo her and--
"Sandy,I’ve got Something got tel to you that I’ve been meaning to tell for a really long time now”
He said, but then was cut-off.
Sandy was a bit distracted though. ”Spongebob, this isn't really the time right now….besides I think I gained back control." She pulled back a gray joy-stick. But boy, was she wrong, instead the plane decided to have a mind of it’s own.
Instead, she made a HUGE left turn but instead of heading away from the thing, that almost caused there very death it crashed aside into the thing., it caused the whole bottom part of the plane to break off ALONG WITH PATRICK WITH IT!!
Spongebob with tears in his eyes, "PATRICK!!" Sandy was not in the mood for this, “Spongebob, FORGET BOUT PATRICK!!" "We have our own life’s to be worry about!!”
She screamed at him.Spongebob relizes what going on, “Your right” “Well is there anyway we can stop these thing?”
"Well I can’t stop it from crashing but….” “I can Control were it crashes” Sandy said with a tad bit a convidence in her voice
.“Ok Spongebob I need to look and see if there any traces of land at all” “Ok?” Spongebob smiled, "Ok." He then spotted a near by island. “Ooh,Oooh!!” “There’s One!"
He said with glee, showing Sandy the island he just now found. Sandy glared at it. “Well it’s risky but I think we just make it." She steered towards it. The plane moved rapidly towards it.
But it was still very much damaged so it wasn’t a gentle ride towards the mysterious island, the plane finally crash landed in a sand like patch of dirt. Spongebob then colloped on the ground panting really hard."Sandy?" "Yeah Spongebob?" Sandy said. Spongebob looked around in fear. “I don’t think were home anymore”
