Plankton and Karen are my second favorite couple from the show. When I don't see much of Spandy I hope for episodes with PlanktonxKaren moments. I like episodes like Single Cell Anniversary, Komputer Overload and Karen 2.0 because those are episodes with PlanktonxKaren. We all knew they were married anyway, but you don't always see PlanktonxKaren episodes.

Plankton and Karen are definitely fun to watch and, having been married for twenty six years, they really enbody the "Old Married Couple" trope and they do so in a very entertaining way. Also, can we just appreciate the fact that they're parents now? With Karen becoming a hilariously overprotective mother and how Plankton, despite caring little for Chip (their son) at the beginning of the episode, grows fond of him near the end of the episode. I really hope Chip appears in a future episode to become a recurring character and, in turn, making Plankton and Karen permanently parents.
