I am here as a Blizzard is starting. On yesterday's CBS Evening News they mentioned a New York Times article. It was titled "When a Teenagers Coping Mechanism is SpongeBob". It was a positive article, cartoons such as SpongeBob can be good for viewers. It was written by Lisa Damour. That such Cartoons can do good doesn't surprise me: I used to come Home from College and watch The Care Bears and "My Little Pony". Yes, I was a College Brony.

Ahoy ye barnacle bitten bunch. I have had a Black Bear hanging out close to my home. Makes me think of Squidward versus the Sea Bear. Gees, Summer is nearly over, less than one month until Fall.

I finished my internship with Cartoon Network a few days ago and it was an awesome experience! I also was able to meet Tom Kenny at one of our voice records. He is such a nice and funny guy in person, just what you would expect!

I dropped anchor for a minute to say hello. Glad you enjoyed your Internship. This part of Maine had a two hour blackout last night. I spent Friday afternoon Dog Sitting at my Sister's home. I don't have Cable TV at the moment. So I sat with the Dogs and watched a lot of Sponge Bob. Good Luck to you and all the Board Members.

Ahoy ye all. I found a Sponge Bob neck chain in a box of food I received from a food Bank. I forgot it gets dark early here now in Maine. I stepped out my back door last night into the dusk. I saw a large dark shape near the bird feeder. It was a small Black Bear up on its hind legs helping itself to the seeds. It made a "whuff" sound as it bounded for the woods. Now if only a Care Bear would drop by for a visit!
