It's infact very easy, I'll start with a word then the next person continues the sentence with another word. If the sentence ends, The person who used it can't add any more words to future sentences and a new sentence begins.
Example:
-Error
-404
-is
-very
-cool
-and
-nice. (gets eliminated)
OK, here we go , The word is:
SpongeBob
