Sandy: "I couldn't just let you sleep on the couch! This is your house, you know. You can sleep in your bed!" (looks at the floor, awkwardly)

(They enter Spongebob's bedroom.)
(Spongebob gets an extra blanket.)
Spongebob: (Crawls into bed.)
Sandy: (does same.)
(Awkward silence.)

Spongebob: (Feeling awkward.) "Heh goodnight.."
Sandy: (Waited until Spongebob fell asleep.) (So she could make her move...)

She scooted her pillow a little closer to Spongebob's. She stopped then, admiring his yellow, sleeping form. He looked so peaceful, cooing softly the way he does as he sleeps.
She layed her head down and got comfortable within her air helmet (which she really wished she wasn't wearing at the moment), and gently set her hand on his chest.
This is just to see what it feels like. I'll rest my eyes for a moment...then I'll scoot back to my side... Sandy closed her eyes, but she underestimated how tired she was, and soon fell asleep...

Soon morning came, Spongebob then found himself in Sandy's arms. (Kinda in a choke-hold. ) There was no escape. He then wriggled out of her grasp. Then replaced himself with a pillow.

Spongebob took a step back from his bed....their bed. He tilted his head slightly to the side and looked at Sandy.
She mumbled something in her sleep as she relaxed and tighted her hold on the pillow. Her fur was a bit ruffled and one leg was uncovered by the purple blanket. She wasn't all-together graceful as she slept but...
"She's peaceful." Spongebob said quietly as he smiled and scratched his chin. He went to the baby's bassenet and saw it was still sleeping.
Gary came in through the doorway and meowed for his breakfast.
Spongebob put his index finger to his lips and shushed the snail. "Gar, Sandy's still sleeping."
Gary looked at the bed and was a bit surprised to see it's occupant lying there. Spongebob looked too and found himself blushing at his thoughts...

He then looked at the clock. He then realized he was indeed late for work. But he couldn't just leave them there. And he rarely EVER skipped work. He indeed had a tough choice to make.
