Best Books Ever!

I was wondering what everyones favorite books and authors were? Here are some of mine to start a convrosation...

Favorite Authors: Roald Dahl and Jacqueline Wilson.

Favorite Book Series: The Princess Diaries by Meg Calbot,The Judy Moody series by Megan McDonald,The Humphrey series by Betty G Briney and Zodiac Girls by Cathy Hopkins.

Favorite One-Off Book (this doesn't count the ones by my favorite authors): Scarlett by Cathy Cassidy, Dear Fatty by Dawn French, The novelization of The SBSP Movie, Holes and There's a Boy in the Girl's bathroom (both by Louis Sacher).

Books I'm reading at the moment but I love already!: Marley & Me by John Grogan and Coraline by Neil Gaiman.

My fav books have to be...A series of Unfortunate Events, Molly Moon, Coraline, May Bird, and Troublesome Creek... maybe a few more, but those are all i can think of =)

I don't read too many books, and it's not too often that I find ones I really think are the best. But, there's this one book I've been trying to get my hands on for a long time, and today, I got it at the school library. The book I'm talking about is Douglas Adams' "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy".
