Okay, a few days ago I got the TV Guide special SpongeBob issue, celebrating Sponge's 10th, and I have some somewhat bd news... Well, here we go.
The magazine contains an interview with Hillenburg, that includes a question about Bob 'n Sandy. It asks if there's any heat between them. So Hillenburg says:
If SpongeBob ever thought, or went through with any ideas like that, then that would ruin the whole character, and show.
How would that ruin it? We've been praying for the heat to come for ten freaking years!
But however, Sandy's voice, Carolyn Lawrence says that Sandy secretly loves him, but he's oblivious to it.
So, what do you guys think? Would the whole Spandy thing ruin the show?

BULL CRAP. The show is already ruined as it is! This would expand the show and give the writers new ideas for future episodes. (BETTER future episodes)

Exactly! And hold on a minute- I thought that Stephen left! And now he says this?! This is crap. I mean, common. If you watch any cartoon, there's at least on love intrest throughout the whole show. So why can't Spongebob do that?! Nickelodeon really needs to get their heads on straight. This is just getting plain rediculous.

Spongebob should have a love interest on the show. He's now 23 yrs. old, I mean, he has needs being a man. You know it. Spongebob's not a child anymore, does he? He's a kid at heart like several of us are. And I can assume a few of us has a love life. |
