You are my life, you are my soul
The only Sponge I want to know
If you left, I would die
Things wouldn't be right
I've known you forever
And it's only getting better
I love you and you alone
I love you right down to my bones
Other cartoon boys do not compare
Because they aren't you, and they wouldn't care
Not even Chowder or Kappa Mikey
Could like you like you like me
We will be friends to end
You'll always be my childhood friend
And as I grow old
My sponge plush I will hold
As the hard days go by
I imagine you're by my side
When I'm crying, you cheer me up
When I'm lonely, you ask ''What's up?''
I never thought we'd go so far
I thought I'd forget you, in my heart
But you're still with me in so many ways
Through the long hard days
You never called me lesbian like another
I sometimes feel like you're my little brother
You always said ''You just keep trying!"
And even through bleeding and crying
When I sleep, you run through my mind
And in your power, I can confide
Your strength is flowing through me
Which means the others can't subdue me
And though you're far out in the sea
I know you're next to me
They call me a nutcase, they call me brat
But I know you're out there, that is pure fact
So never leave me, my dear sponge
Or life would take a depressing plunge

I know this poem is kinda long,
But it's truely my heart song.

Thanks! SpongeBob was truly my anti-depressant when a rumor about me being gay for my best friend Sam spread through sixth grade. Some boys were really rude and got in my face and started singing ''I Kissed a Girl'' and ''If I Were a Boy'' just to irk me. I cried my eyes out! But thanks to SB, I learned one thing...

Ugh, many people these days seem to lack common sense. And lives. Just because you're really close to someone of the same gender, doesn't mean you have romantic feelings for them!

That's why I didn't really care for sixth grade... it gave me too many emotional scars... BTW, did you see my latest fanfiction? It should be the newest thread posted so far. It's inspired by your ''Prevention'' story! It's one of those future cult things. Only got one chapter done so far though...

That's just plain dumb if someone says you're gay/lesbian/bi. I agree with you, just because you're really close to someone it doesn't mean you like them romantically!

Take me and my friendship with me and this boy from my youth club I go to. My teaching assistant (who helps me at school because I have learning/social difficulties (well mostly the social part now.).) sometimes takes the mick and says he's my boyfriend. For Lord's Sake, he's actually older than me!
