The two girls are Miku (on the left) and Rin (on the right) from the VOCALOID2 singing synthesis software.

I used MikuMikuDance (choreography tool) to make the poses. I just found the pic from 'A Flea in her Dome.'

As you can see by the quality of the poses, I'm a n00b at MMD. Rin's leg looks wrong. DX
