Added effects (lightening backgrounds, darkening colors, sparkles, hearts, etc): Um.. I'm really not much of a "special effects" person. Maybe the pink blanket could be sparkly?

Words, titles, special text: The stork reading out loud (so in a speech bubble or something) "To the pround parents of SpongeBob SquarePants and Sandy Cheeks."
