They've gone and done it.
They've finally done it...
The REPLACED Kermit on Sesame Street...
WITH ELMO.
Okay, so there's this stupid Elmo movie called ''Being Green'' where he gets turned green... and he starts singing It's Not Easy Being Green. WHAT. IN. THE. HELL. First he kicks the frog off the show, and then he steals his trademark song. WHAT THE HELL?!
If I ever have to witness that, I'm gonna tear Elmo's gay ass to SHREDS.
The special premieres on PBS in a few weeks... and you better BELIEVE I'm not gonna watch it... Elmo must DIE.
I'M GONNA KICK ELMO'S GAY ASS.

I`ve been raised on Sesame Street, and Elmo is d**n fine with me, and I say, Elmo is a lifesaver. My twenty-something sister is staying with us and my nephew is either annoying me to hell (either via screaming or glomping me) or watching elmo`s world... so I says: LONG LIVE ELMO!
oh and to make sure no angry fan girl mob appears infront of my house, here`s something from my favorite webshow: is it a good idea to microwave this?

I won't be mad at ya fer liking Elmo. I was raised on Sesame Street too, but I always had a special love for Kermit. But, in 2001 when Kermit was kicked off, it made me sad when I found out why. A letter from CTW on their webpage:
''Kermit is officially being removed from Sesame Street. He now belongs to Disney, not us. We also would like to remove him for the sake of the children; everyone knows Elmo, but very few small children know who Kermit the Frog even is. We're taking him off to boost our popularity, there is nothing against us and Disney.''
Kermit is my all time favorite, and Elmo singing ''Bein' Green'' and no one mentioning it's Kermit's song on copyright issues OR on the show for Henson's sake makes me a little mad...
But I'm glad to find someone else who grew up with Sesame Street! ^^
