Want a blinkie sig?

Yep, I can make blinkies! Which I suppose can make pretty good siggies! Well a different kind of siggie!

Anyway, I'm open for blinkie requests! But first my rules and such:

* I can't make messages blink super fancy, I can only make the basic sequence used in the example below.

* I can make blinkies with or without images on them, but I can't use really big images so be warned.

* All blinkies will be transparent so you use them anywhere that uses the sort of HMTL used here on the proboards, on Neopets etc.

* I will NOT make blinkies with rude messages, ones like "SpongeBob is hot" are OK, just not ones that contain swears and stuff.

* I can't make messages that are paragraphs long

*As well as no massive images, no blurry JPEGs with a background that is impossible to edit out. I guess it's fairer to say, PNG files are prefered, if you can't find one, I can try and track one down.
