I have recently watched the ToS wedding scene and something occured to me. I believe I've seen a similar scene in a movie... an 80's movie... a Henson movie. *everyone rolls eyes* I'M NOT CRAZY. I HAVE A POINT.
Okay, so in ''The Muppets Take Manhattan'', Kermit and Miss P get married. In a play. In Truth or Square, Sandy and SpongeBob get married. In a play.
The kiss between Kermit and Miss P was fake. The almost-kiss between SpongeBob and Sandy was fake.
A couple of Muppets in the audience grew mad when the kiss happened. A couple of fish in the audience grew mad when the kiss happened.
Bottom line, I'm kinda starting to think that Paul Tibbit (also known as Yaoi Fangirl) ripped off the Muppets. I mean, just think about it! Both Kermit and SpongeBob both somewhat deny having feelings for their castmates after all these years! Both of the girls have hidden (sort of) affections! To me it makes sense.
I know I'm going to be flamed for this, but I'm getting my point across by using some of the most MEMORABLE moments in media history, and comparing them, which I've been doing with both wedding scenes for over a month now. No, this didn't come out of the blue! I did my research!

THE LITTLE IDEA STEALING GIT!
This just proves that Paul Tibbit is a thief, and I'm not talking about the Thieves Guild kinda thieves on Neopets, I mean real thieves! Art thieves, fic thieves, or in this case, IDEA THIEVES!

Well, we don't know if he got the idea exactly from the Muppets. This is just a theory, really.
