Here it is! ;D Part 11:
Spongebob's jaw dropped in shock. "Three days?" "So what does this mean?" Julia frowned and said sadly to him. "Well If I don't get married soon--" "Heh well lets just say the consequences will be really bad.." Spongbob frowned as well. He felt bad for Julia and her little situation. He bighted up a bit. "Well if there's anything I can do for you." "Just name it.."
Julia grinned a big wide grin. "Oh, but there is!" She tightly hugged Spongebob. "I could marry you!" Spongebob screamed out in shock. "What?!" Julia smiled at him. "But off course!" "I'll just tell my parents now!"
Spongebob tried to convince of why this wasn't a good idea. But she didn't she was to caught up in the moment.She was already on the phone telling her mom all about it. Spongebob let out a long sigh. In three days he was to be wed with Julia. Oh what I joy this will be.
Meanwhile..
Sandy was in her treedome passing back and forth wondering if it was such a good idea getting all mad Spongebob that day. She finally got the courage to go over Spongebob's house. She quickly got dressed. And walked back outside.
She went to Spongebob's pineapple home. And peeked through the window. Only to see nothing but darkness. Not to mention his door was locked. This made Sandy become worried. She was just about to go back to her treedome.
When she saw Spongebob exit Julia's house. She walked up to him. From what she had saw it looked like he had seen a ghost. "Spongebob!" "I'm SO happy to see you!" Spongebob let out a stressed out sigh.He slightly smiled. "I'm happy to see you to Sandy.."
Sandy smiled back at him. "Look, Spongebob I'm sorry for overreacting before, I was just mad.." Spongebob was just about respond when Julia walked out the door and saw Spongebob and Sandy together.
She looked up at Sandy. And greeted her. "Hello there, I'm Julia I live here.." Sandy frowned. "I see that.." Julia let out a slight laugh. "So I'm guessing you know Spongebob as well.." Sandy nervously laughed. "But off course!" "He's my best friend!"
Julia scoffed "Uh-huh." "But don't get any ideas though.." "This little cutie is getting hitched with within 3 days!" Sandy screamed in shock. "WHAT?!" Julia slightly laughed. "But off course!" "In 3 days exactly!" "Well it was nice meeting you!"
"Me and Spongebob here have wedding related things to do.." She grabbed Spongebob back inside the house.

A really good chapter Pixie! You're story is so much better than anything the current or old writers could create. It sounds like Julia would like to marry SpongeBob even if there was no deadline. It sounds like Sandy and Julia are going to be fighting for SpongeBob in future. You did an excellent job setting things up for the next chapter.

YAY ;D Ok! Here's Part 12:
Part 12:
Sandy stood, mouth ajar in shock, as she watched Spongebob and Julia dash away. When did this happen? Was she the reason he'd ditched her?
Sandy realized that there were tears on her face, and quickly wiped them away. You knew you couldn't have him. She thought. It was just a silly fantasy, now get over it and congratulate him!
The next day...
Spongebob heard a knock on his door. "Coming!" He called.
Behind it, was Sandy, who appeared to be smiling...but didn't look happy. "Hey, Spongebob!" She said.
"Oh...hi, Sandy!" He replied, and opened the door the rest of the way. "Will you come in?"
Sandy shook her head. "No...I just stopped by to say congratulations! You know...for you and Julia."
He glanced at the floor. "Oh, that. Yeah...thanks!"
Several moments of awkward silence passed.
Spongebob cleared his throat. "Well uh...I'd better go...I'm supposed to be meeting Julia's father tonight."
Sandy nodded. "Yeah...you should go get ready." Spongebob noticed, as the downtrodden squirrel walked away, that her tail and ears drooped. What was wrong with her? Was she...nahhhh.
He closed the door quietly. THAT would be too good to be true.

So for the wait, but here's part 13! ;D
Part 13:
Spongebob let out a big long sigh. It had been 3 days since he had seen Sandy. That’s right it was the day of his and Julia’s wedding. He feared the next events soon come.
For Julia was in the bride’s room right now. Getting her dress fitted. Spongebob however was right outside the door of the bride’s room, waiting for Julia to come out. Then suddenly someone approached him. It was Julia’s farther.
He wore a tattered up tux. (Only the top of it off course, sine after all he was a merman.) From the way he spoke to people it was a bit obvious he was kinda a southern style country man. He wore older style hiking boots. Also, it wouldn’t look it but because of his Bikini Bottom Baseball hat on but he was getting a bald spot.
He approached Spongebob sternly. “Now, listen to me you...” “You’re gonna marry my daughter...” “So I have a few words to say to you before you try go a running...” He raised his voice a bit. “This wedding chapel is FILLED security guards.” “And the BESTEST got dang security system you could EVER imagine...”
He got closer him he could smell the fear and sweat Spongebob had in him. “So DON’T YOU DARE to try get out of this!!” “Too many of daughters, had there fiancé’s ran way from them at the last minute, DON’T DARE BECOME ONE OF THEM!” He pushed his finger into Spongebob’s chest. “I mean it boy!” “You’ll have ME to deal with!”
Then he calmed down a bit once his daughter through the brides room with her white wedding gown. It was absolutely GORGEOUS. It was white from top to bottom. She had a white bow at the back of it. It had spaghetti straps. She wore a transparent Vail on her head. Not to mention the gorgeous smile she wore on her face.
Her dad greeted her. “My beautiful Julia, darling!” “Your look stunning!” He grasped her in hug. “Oh don’t worry, I have feeling that new fiancée of yours isn’t gonna run, unlike your sisters...” Julia punched his side delicately. “Pa, look I know...” “How much this wedding means to you, don’t worry I won’t mess this up.” She said with a wink.
At this point Spongebob was covered head to toe with sweat and fear. He thought to himself. “I have to get out this somehow...”

Nice work Pixie! This chapter was well worth the wait. Julia's dad sounds very intimidating... I guess if SpongeBob can't get out then Sandy is going to have to break in.

Ok guys sorry for the wait, but Part 14 is FINALLY HERE!"
Part 14:
Meanwhile...
Sandy paced back in forth in her treedome. She pondered to herself. "I can't let Spongebob marry that girl...” "I mean I should be happy for him...” "But the thing is I'm not...” "I just wish I could've told him the truth before I it was to late...” "And the truth is--"
She picked up the frame that held the picture of Spongebob and smiled.” I love him...” She paused as she said these words. "That's it I gotta tell him." "No matter what Julia has to say about it!" She quickly put on her air suit and stormed outside.
She ran as fast as could to reach the church, but instead shockingly bumped into Patrick. Who looked like he was a panic and very much out of breathe. Either someone was running after him or he had some news to share.
With each word he spoke he took a deep breath. "Sandy--I--have--something---to---tell--you--" Sandy on the other hand was a little annoyed, she kind of enjoyed Patrick not being around.
But she was slightly curious has to what Patrick had to say. She sighed. "Ok Patrick, what do have to tell me?" Patrick finally got enough breath to talk. He blurted out. "I HAVE BIG NEWS!"
Sandy got a bit more annoyed with this. Patrick with "Big" news was never really good. But she listened anyway... Patrick then exclaimed out. "You have to leave Bikini Bottom, for good!" He started to cry as he said this. Sandy looked stunned.
And bit more annoyed. "Right...” She rolled her eyes as she said this. Patrick had the feeling Sandy wasn't at all believing him. "It’s true!" He started to cry more. "And the sad part is...” He put his hands over his eyes and wept more. "Spongebob won't be able to tell you the truth...”
Sandy had then jumped at this. "What truth?" But Patrick had already run off crying. She pondered to herself.
"What was Patrick talking about?" "What does he mean; I have to leave Bikini Bottom for good?" "And what truth was he exactly talking about?"
"Hmm...” "Well what ever he was talking about...” "Would've been from before Spongebob got married?" She then realized what she was saying, and then got an idea. "Wait, a minute..." "That's it!"

Wow Pixie! You did an awesome job building up the suspense. Sandy should have beaten up Patrick for not telling her exactly what was going on.
